    ABC Chapters Converge for Petrochemical Summit

    If you haven’t heard about the ethane cracker plant already under construction in Beaver County, you will.  Situated just east of the Ohio/Pennsylvania border, the project began in 2014 as Commonwealth officials worked with Shell Chemical Appalachia, LLC to develop a luring tax credit program to ensure the development of the project within Pennsylvania.
