ABC is a member-run association, governed by a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from member companies. The current Board of Directors, including Officers, is composed of 27 members and meets monthly.
Officers, elected from the Board of Directors, comprise the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee includes the Chairperson, Chair-Elect, Immediate Past Chair, three Vice Chairs, and an appointed Treasurer.
All members of the Association are eligible to serve on the Board. For more information, contact Cindy Field.
Additionally, ABC Keystone has 14 staff members, each with a vital role in the success of the Chapter.
