This is one of the most critical aspects of the entire construction process. Focus is on the skills necessary to manage a job from award of the contract to receipt of final payment. Those with a full understanding of the techniques and disciplines of project management will be prepared to face challenges within an organization. 

Training is made up of seven, 3 hour classes.

Offered twice a year.

Who should attend:  Persons who have been in a project management position for up to two years, or who are being considered for that position, as well as project coordinators and foremen who would benefit from a larger scope of understanding the construction process.
