The best conceived projects risk failure. However, a skilled and well-trained project manager, functioning like a head coach, can organize and direct the widespread range of project planners, materials and equipment to bring about a successful, satisfying and profitable end product.
Who should attend: This course is designed to teach advanced skills and concepts to those in a PM position for 2 – 5 years and all who have taken the Intro to Project Management course.
