ABC Keystone exists to promote, protect and defend free enterprise and the merit shop philosophy. To that end, our goals are to introduce pro-free enterprise legislation, defend against anti-free enterprise legislation, maintain strong relationships with lawmakers, protect and defend against legal attacks and be a legal resource for members.
ABC believes that employers have the right and the responsibility to manage their firms free from coercion, restrictive work rules, jurisdictional disputes, secondary boycotts, or artificial restraints of any kind.
ABC believes in the free enterprise system and works diligently to protect members’ rights so that contractors can be selected on the basis of their qualifications and price, without regard to their labor relations policy.
