Governance

ABC is a member-run association, and as such, is governed by a local board of directors comprised of representatives from member companies. The current board of directors is composed of 26 members and meets monthly.

Officers are elected from the board of directors. The officers comprise the executive committee, which includes the chairman, chairman elect, immediate past chairman, three vice chairmen, and an appointed treasurer.

All members of the association are eligible to serve on the board. Anyone interested in more information should contact Cindy Field.
